ERT Software systems Accounting Options
At E.R.T. Software Systems, we are proud to offer our users a choice of accounting systems. We recognize that every user has different accounting needs. While we offer our own integrated products, we also provide full featured interfaces to popular 3rd party systems. Please review the following list for the accounting choices available for each of the E.R.T. Products.
- E.R.T. Transportation Manager- The Transportation
Manager offers users the greatest flexibility in accounting choices.

- ERT Accounting Modules- The deep integration with the E.R.T. Accounting modules provides users with the greatest number of features and functionality.
- QuickBooks - The Transportation products fully integrate with All Us and Canadian QuickBooks versions 2007 and newer (PRO version and above).
- Peachtree - Recently returned to the Transportation family of products, support is provided for Peachtree Complete Accounting (and above) 2006 and newer. The Peachtree interface supports the same functionality as the QuickBooks interface, with the exception of departments/divisions, which is no longer available in the Peachtree product.
- Business Std! - The award winning Access based accounting system from Database Creations.
- Internal Accounting only - The Transportation Manager will process invoices, receive payments, track receivables and more without an accounting interface.
- FloorTrax Floor Plan Management System-
Due to the distinct accounting requirements of a financial product like
FloorTrax, we have chosen to only integrate with two accounting systems.

the integration points.
- E.R.T. Accounting Modules- The ERT Accounting modules provide the deepest level of integration and the most features/functionality of the accounting interfaces. Full interaction with the General Ledger directly allow for posting, unposting, and updating of all transaction.
- QuickBooks- The interface with QuickBooks Closely resembles the interface with the ERT Accounting modules. The QuickBooks interface is more limited in its ability to delete transactions, including payments and invoices.
- Internal Accounting Only- The FloorTrax Floor Plan Management system was originally designed to operate with an internal accounting system. For those who do not wish to use either of the currently integrated accounting options, or who do not need a full accounting system, ALL features of FloorTrax will be available with the Internal Accounting processes Internal accounting consists of Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, commission processing, curtailments and Interest calculations. No general ledger entries are made using the internal accounting.
- Peachtree - As of this time, the accounting integrations have not been extended to Peachtree. Future plans call for adding support in the near future.
- MemberMaster- The MemberMaster
system does not require an accounting interface to operate. For
those smaller organizations, the internal accounting features may be
sufficient. For those who need General Ledger integration or more
accounting functionality, choose the QuickBooks Interface.

- QuickBooks- currently, MemberMaster is only integrated with the QuickBooks accounting system.
- ERT Accounting- Integration with the E.R.T. Accounting modules will be added in the near future.
- Internal Accounting- MemberMaster will allow you to process invoices, email them to clients, track donations, manage your receivables and print sales reports using its internal accounting process.
